Thursday thoughts with Torrey – Unity lake, Oregon

Hey everyone, it’s my day to post again and I have some great pictures. As Roxy said yesterday, we stayed Tuesday night at a really great place. We traveled all afternoon to get closer to the rendezvous spot. We have never been to Oregon before, and it was fun to see new places. As the evening got closer, we found a place called Unity Lake. There is a state park here, and it is soooo nice. Great camp sites, grass everywhere, and of course the lake. The wind was blowing when we walked down to the water and there were waves. This was fun and kinda different for me.

I ran and chased, and splashed in the water. It felt so good.

Then we walked around some more and saw a bunch of different birds. Including a golden eagle that hovered over us really close for a minute. I think he wanted Roxy, but then he flew away.

Mom took some pictures of me that she says turned out beautiful.

I am writing this Tuesday evening from the campground. We are leaving in the morning for rendezvous. Hopefully we have service and can keep on blogging.
Have a great Thursday everyone!

  1. your Mom is right, The photos of you standing by the water (well actually ALL of them) are beautiful, but I love the ones by the water the best! There are so many “textures” going on in those photos, from the curls of the waves of the water and the white foam, to the rocks, and they all match and compliment the patterns/colors of your gorgeous fur! Wonderful photos!
