Artsy Fartsy Tuesday – Desert Nature

Artsy Fartsy Tuesday and beautiful natural art

Artsy Fartsy Tuesday today is kinda different. Mom has been sick the past 3 or 4 days, and isn’t feeling very motivated. She loves taking photographs of different things however, especially stuff in nature. So we all went for a short walk and mom got some pretty cool pictures. Lots of people think this part of the world is just brown, yucky and barren, but we were able to find some beautiful and artistic rocks and plants.

These plants must be sooo tough to grow in this rocky ground, and survive the hot summers.
 Another interesting rock.

And look at this neat piece of wood we found.

The saguaro cactus are especially cool. This is what they look like on the inside, birds make their homes inside the old ones like this.
How about you…do you find art and beauty in nature?
